糧船灣天后宮值理會（下稱「本會」）為糧船灣具逾百年歷史之管理組織，地位崇高，權威受公認。本會每兩年（逢雙數年份）於農曆三月十九至二十四日，主辦「太平清醮」及「天后寶誕」，全面承擔儀式統籌，包括聘請戲班上演粵劇神功戲，以及執掌上表、開壇、行朝、行大朝、上榜、天后海上出巡、祭幽等傳統儀式。

本會長期負責糧船灣及糧船灣天后宮一切管理與實務，為政府正式認可並註冊之組織，亦獲本灣水陸居民一致授權。以天后宮旁村公所為會址。凡涉及糧船灣之公共事務，政府及外界機構均透過本會進行正式溝通與協調，其代表權與決定權具不可取代之權威性。

本會設立二十一名執委及本灣份子架構，實施公開透明、系統化之現代管理制度。執委由合資格之份子嚴格依循章程一人一票選舉產生。所有成員必須為糧船灣居民或其後代，確保組織之純正與傳承。

糧船灣天后誕早已列入香港非物質文化遺產清單，而香港天后誕更於2021年成功列入國家級非物質文化遺產名錄。本會始終為此傳統文化之法定承傳與推廣主體，地位受政府與社會確認。

其中「天后海上出巡」儀式亦屬非物質文化遺產重點項目。每屆寶誕均吸引上萬人次參與，媒體廣泛報導，成為西貢地區年度盛事，彰顯本會舉辦大型傳統活動之組織能力與社會影響力。

糧船灣天后宮歷史超過四百年，為本灣最重要之古建築。廟內存有乾隆六年（1741年）古鐘，古廟於2010年獲評為三級歷史建築。本會作為其法定管理組織，持續維護古蹟、傳承儀式，權責清晰，在糧船灣的地位無可爭議。

Tin Hau Kung Association of Leung Shuen Wan (High Island) celebrates the Tin Hau Festival from the 19th to the 23rd day or from the 20th to the 24th day of the third lunar month every two years in Leung Shuen Wan (High Island). A Cantonese opera troupe is hired to perform Cantonese Opera in bamboo theatre. The rituals consist of presenting the memorials, inaugurating the altar, offering meals to wandering ghosts and great audience, posting up the name list of the villagers, sea parade and the great offerings.

The management and practical work of High Island and Tin Hau Temple has been carried out by the Association for more than 100 years, promoting and inheriting this century-old traditional Chinese culture.

The Tin Hau Temple in Leung Shuen Wan (High Island), Sai Kung, has a history of more than 400 years. Among them, Tin Hau’s sea parade ceremony was included in Hong Kong’s first intangible cultural heritage list. Every time Tin Hau Festival, it attracts as many as ten thousand people to visit Leung Shuen Wan (High Island) to watch or pray. The media also extensive interviews and reports have shown that it is indeed one of Sai Kung’s key annual events.
